Once it has reached a hard boil, gently hold your hand above the steam that is coming out of the pot and make sure that your skin is able to handle the temperature of the heat. If the temperature is tolerable, then place your head over the pot and take a long, slow breath inwards, breathing in the steam. The heated water vapor will enter your nose and cause anything that might be blocking your sinuses to shift slightly and weaken to the point where some air will be able to get through. 2. Try a Neti Pot

Another way to deal with your sinuses naturally is to flush them out with warm water. You can do this with the use of a Neti pot. To use a Neti pot, you will need to insert the pouring end of the pot into one nostril and then tilt the pot, along with your head, up so that the pot is vertical and the water is pouring directly into your nose. Gravity will force the water through your sinus system, flushing it out. Repeat with the other nostril for full nasal clarity. Neti pots can be purchased online or at your local pharmacy.

3. Eat Spicy Foods

For some people, when they start eating spicy curry or Mexican food, they find that their nose starts to water.
